Hi, I’m Ashley with Emerald City Spinal Care, sharing this week’s tip. Foods that fight inflammation. Inflammation can be at the root of many diseases that plague our society like arthritis, diabetes, high blood pressure and asthma.

Introducing anti-inflammatory foods into your diet can help alleviate symptoms of these diseases and over time, even eliminate the disease itself. Try incorporating these anti-inflammatory foods into your diet:

  • Green leafy vegetables such as kale, chard and spinach
  • Celery
  • Broccoli
  • Blueberries
  • Pineapple
  • Turmeric
  • Garlic
